Justin Luby holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron, a M.B.A from Old Dominion University, and JD from Stetson University College of Law. He has been practicing patent law for over 10 years and has spent over 20 years as an Engineer and Business leader in the bio-tech, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and defense industries. Justin is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), prosecuting over 100 patents, and has experience in commercial contracts, construction contracts, and commercial leases and patent litigation.
